It takes the worry out of reordering and provides 100% Price Protection, so you’re guaranteed the lowest possible price on all replenishment. Best of all, Auto Refill product pricing is 15% lower than today’s price – so it’s always a good time to join the program.


  • How do I join the Auto Refill program?

    Joining the Auto Refill program is simple, go to any product page and fill out the Auto Refill Form before adding the item to your cart. Upon completing your order, the Auto Refill product will be set up for automatic replenishment.


  • Can I use a coupon on my Auto Refill order?

    No. But you’re not missing out – all Auto Refill products are discounted by 15%. If your product is on sale you will receive the lower price.


  • Can I change the quantity of items in my delivery?

    Yes. You can change the number of units in your Auto Refill delivery by email us at info@tenspa.ca or call (204)-942-6520.


  • How much does shipping cost?

Ten's Auto Refill Program has a one time flat rate shipping fee of $20.00. This shipping cost is included in your first Auto Refill order.


  • Will my credit card be charged on the exact same day of the month?

    Your credit card will be charged within two-three business days of when the next delivery date is. 


  • Am I obligated to continue Auto Refill delivery?

    No. There is no obligation to continue your Auto Refill subscriptions and you may cancel at any time. However we will need  3-10 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment date to process the cancellation.  You may modify your Auto Refill shipments at any time by emailing us at info@tenspa.ca
